This laboratory finding was associated with deficits in episodic memory dysfunction in patients with acute organophosphate poisoning?
Complete RBC-AChE inhibition, compared to partial inhibition, was associated with deficits in episodic memory in patients that had acute organophosphate poisoning. These patients had poorer episodic memory when they were tested post-discharge however, there was no significant differences at 6 weeks or 6 months. (Dassanayake TL et al.
