What COX-2 inhibitor is associated with this?
Ziemer M et al. describe severe skin reactions secondary to valdecoxib. Valdecoxib was thought to cause SJS/TEN however, in 5 cases described in this paper, the authors report histopathologic findings and suggest that the cutaneous adverse reactions secondary to valdecoxib are distinct from SJS/TEN.
