D. Yorker BC et al. reported that nursing personnel comprised 86% of the healthcare providers prosecuted; physicians 12% and 2% allied health professionals. For those of you interested, a recent publication entitled Homicidal poisoning series in a nursing home: retrospective toxicological investigations in bone marrow and hair by Willeman T et al. published in International Journal of Legal Medicine published 30 September 2021 is an interesting investigation into a recent event in France.
