Answer - A recent systematic review and meta-analysis reported “After a review of 714 citations, we included 2 observational studies in the meta-analysis. Current use of fluoroquinolones was associated with a statistically significantly increased risk of aortic dissection (OR, 2.79; 95% confidence interval [CI], 2.31-3.37; I2 = 0%) and aortic aneurysm (OR, 2.25; 95% CI, 2.03-2.49; I2 = 0%) in a fixed-effects meta-analysis.” (Singh S and Nautiyal A.
