The Department of Emergency Medicine at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Medical Toxicologist to join their education team. The program at JPS was established in 2011 as a fully accredited three-year program with 15 residents per class. Seeing over 130,000 patient visits per year, the county hospital population provides incredible learning opportunities in both volume and pathology. The department supports fellowships in ultrasound, administration and education.
Qualifications:
Candidates for this position need to be BC/BE (ABEM/ABOEM) in Emergency Medicine. Fellowship trained in Medical Toxicology, BC/BE for subspecialty certification in Medical Toxicology. Must possess strong interest in advancing education in Medical Toxicology and be a vital contributor to the development of toxicology service.
